What is the difference between GoBricks and Genuine LEGO?
GoBricks is a Chinese brick manufacturer whose parts are moulded to the same dimensions and fit LEGO bricks. Clutch power and colour are very close; the plastic finish is marginally different and some parts have a small mould mark. It is about 40% cheaper. The Genuine LEGO tier is sourced from a parts supplier and takes longer because some colours are scarce. Both tiers are the same design, the same piece count and the same instructions.
Missing or damaged parts?
Every kit is counted before it is bagged, but if anything is missing or broken, email us a photo within 30 days and we post replacements at no cost. No forms, no arguments.
Where do you ship?
Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the EU. Kits ship tracked. Instructions are digital and go everywhere.
Can I get a refund on a pre-order?
Yes, in full, any time before the batch locks. Once production starts the kit is being made for you, so after that point we replace defects rather than refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
