Refund policy

Kit pre-orders

Before the batch locks: full refund, any time, for any reason. Reply to your order confirmation and it is processed within two working days to the original payment method.

After production starts: the kit is being made for you and can no longer be cancelled. If a part is missing, broken or wrong, we replace it free of charge. Photograph it and email us within 30 days of delivery. If a kit arrives damaged beyond a few parts, we replace the kit.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Digital instructions

Because the file is delivered instantly, instruction purchases are not refundable once downloaded. If the file is faulty or does not match the listing, email us and we fix it or refund you.

Sticker sheets

Unused sheets can be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price. Print faults are replaced free.
