Questions

How do I receive instructions?

Bought instructions on their own? You get an email with a download link straight after checkout. Bought a kit? The instructions PDF is emailed when your kit ships. Links work for 7 days and 5 downloads. Expired or lost? Enter your email on the Download links page (in the footer) and fresh links arrive in a minute.

Missing or damaged parts?

Every kit is counted before it is bagged, but if anything is missing or broken, email me a photo within 30 days and I post replacements at no cost. No forms, no arguments.

Is this an official LEGO product?

No. I design and sell my own models. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this site.
